Boot Camp

A mix of cardio styles with obstacles and drills for a true boot camp experience. This high intensity workout offers a challenge to all fitness levels.


Dance to the sounds of the Caribbean Carnival Festival in this workout! The tracks include high and low intensity intervals for nonstop movement. Whether you’re an experienced dancer or just learning, this class is for you!

Circuit/Cardio Interval

A mix of training modalities including cardio and weightlifting. Workouts will include circuit stations that are designed to improve your overall strength, agility, and endurance.


Core and More

A class consisting of exercises focused on strengthening the core and abdominal muscles. It is designed to shape the waist and improve overall strength and core stability.

Core Pilates

A mix of core stabilization exercises and Pilates to strengthen all aspects of the body. This class will help improve your coordination, balance, and overall movement.


Go for the ride of your life! This cardiovascular challenge is geared towards building strength and endurance as you work through hills and sprint intervals.


Flex Fusion

A combination of upper and lower body movements using weights, tubing or body bars. This full body workout will help to tone and strengthen all of the major muscle groups and will end with stretching exercises.

Hatha Yoga

This class is designed for more experienced yogis with a strong foundation and understanding of yoga postures. You’ll work on taking your practice to the next level as you learn more advanced poses.

Human Movement

This class is specifically geared toward improving joint movement. It will consist of functional exercises that translate into your normal daily movements to help optimize overall performance.


Inspirational Cycle

Inspire the mind, body and soul to connect with others around you as you ride through this journey. This class is meant to encourage and provide the tools needed to participate in future cycle classes.

Interval Strength

A strength workout aimed at sculpting your entire body. This total body workout includes training intervals involving heart-pumping cardio and weights to help you burn calories.

Mat Pilates

Mat-based core strengthening work as well as exercises to stretch and lengthen the muscles. You’ll work through various static positions and dynamic movements that will improve your overall strength and stability.


Soca Cycling

Ride and groove to the music of the Islands. This class will inspire you to move faster with speed drills and sprint intervals.

Vinyasa Yoga

A fast paced approach to traditional yoga techniques, characterized by flowing poses and sequences that are linked to the breath. Intermediate to advanced participants are welcome.


ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin, International, and popular music and dance themes to deliver an exciting, heart-pumping workout! The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body through dance.
